[Pharmacological Function] As HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor, this product can refrain endogenous cholesterol from synthesizing, is a rsgulator of blood fat. Tests on animal have proved that Lovastatin can decrease mouse's concentration of TC, TG, LDL and liver TC with hyperlipemia caused by Triton WR-1339, increase HDL. It can also decrease rabbit's blood serum concentration and liver TC concentration with hyperlipemia.
